M-133k APC by Artraccoon M-133k APC by Artraccoon
This is the M-133k(short) Armored Personel Carrier, a military G-Coil(aka, anti-grav) vehicle.
This model can bounce up to about 50ft. over obstacles, carry eight fully loaded troops, and move up to 90 mph on open ground.
It's armed with a "Hellstorm" .60 cal. HMG, two missile pylons( up to 4 missiles each),and two .50 cal Plazer Vulcan guns.
This machine is a common sight in the Axis Army and planetary militias, and even quite a few mercs have them. It is available for export.
Feel free to issue the vehicle to any "RPG" or wargaming armies out there.

It's a simple illo, and was ment to be used in the background of another art piece( that can be found on the Side 7 artsite, under "Artraccoon" as well) featuring a Fel'Tap girl and her gun.
Later I plan to make a "4-view plan" of this vehicle.

I plan to try to make some 6mm(1/300) scale sci-fi wargaming minis of this vehicle for my microscale army. I'd love to do some designs for a miniatures company someday.

Thanks!! I wanted a design that was fairly simple and had the "look" that we expect when thinking of an Armored Personel Carrier.
Perhaps a little too conventional of a design, but I wanted somethig that looked a lot like the old U.S. M-113 "Gavin"(a "Zelda" in Israel) APC.

yo dude. totally cool vehicle design, not sure about the spec, pretty fast for an APC, is it designed for a specific game?

I run a miniatures company, and along with the rest of the guys here we are looking at a new direction for several projects, specifically a sci-fi game we have been working on for months... if your interested in talking let me know, we are small fry, nothing big and limited cash, but we all ahve to start somewhere and we hope to be big one day.. also Ill have a look through your gallery but if you want to send me something Ill be available on tftsales@aol.com

It was designed for a SciFi Manga, Book, & game project that I'm putting together. The M-133k would be pretty much "fluff" for any Military Hardware Books for this project. My main focus at this time would be the Manga and Book end of this project.
My final goal would be a "Total Immersion Milieu", a whole galaxy( well almost a whole galaxy) with locations, hardware, history, and multipule storylines.

As far as working with you...sure, I'm always looking for work and ways to disseminate my work to larger audience. I always look forward to new projects and challenges.

My DA gallery is a bit small, and focuses on femmes mainly( my favorite subject), but I can handle many other subjects.
You might want to visit my Elfwood site, in SF&F art gallery #700 under my name "Lee Wright Madison", so see more artwork.

thanks for the fast response, sounds like you have your hands full already with your own projects.. :D if you get to the point of needing a mould made for white metal minis or resin vehicles etc let me know, its something we already do here.

as far as our stuff is concerened, we are not looking for manga style, however our vehilce designs have alot of manga influence and your vehicle seemed a rather tasty design.

we might be able to colaborate somewhere along the line, Ill go and have a look at the rest of your work at elf wood
